The 20-year-old is puckering up to play a lesbian – including a scene in which she shares a lingering kiss with another woman.
The British film, called Snappers, will be shot in Joss's native West Country and she is already preparing for her role as a Redcoat-style holiday camp entertainer.

"I was thinking of popping down to Butlins in Minehead before we start filming," she said.
She added: "There are things that are going to really push the boundaries - and that excites me."
Joss' co-star is 47-year-old actress Caroline Quentin, star of Men Behaving Badly and Jonathan Creek.
Snappers will be Joss' first major movie role - in 2006 she had a brief part in fantasy film Eragon opposite Jeremy Irons and John Malkovich.
Joss will also write and perform the soundtrack.

Meanwhile, Joss admits she would like to find love again after splitting from her first love Beau Dozier in 2005.
She said: "You know what? I'd give up fame tomorrow for a solid relationship.
"Looking back now, I wonder if it really was love between Beau and me.
"I think it must have been deep infatuation based on lust."
