Hot young mamma Jessica Alba rolics in the surf with husband Cash Warren

Last time she was snapped on the beach she covered up in a kaftan.

But yesterday, Jessica Alba showed off her fabulous figure as she relaxed on the beach with her husband Cash Warren.

The 28-year-old actress, who had her first daughter last year, has absolutely no trace of mummy tummy - looking completely lean and trim in her striped bikini.

The gorgeous couple hung out in the water, chatting and hugging, and then made their way up the sand for a spot of sunbathing.

The pair must have been taking a tiny bit of time off from being new parents as there was no sign of their daughter - 13-month-old Honor Marie.

A bit of beach time must have helped them unwind from their packed schedules.

Film producer Cash has just been filming in China and Jessica's schedule is packed at the moment.

This year alone, she has filmed roles in drama An Invisible Sign of My Own and murder mystery The Killer Inside Me.

She is currently filming her third movie this year, starring alongside Ashton Kutcher, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts and Jessica Biel, entitled Valetine's Day.

Writing on her MySpace page this month, Jessica also revealed she is working on a top secret project.

Just weeks after her eighties-style fashion faux pas - featuring tapered ankles, pleated front, a high waist and a shade of lilac the likes of which we've not seen for two decades - Jessica Alba has done it again.

Jessica Alba appeared to enjoy herself a little too much during a night out with her girlfriends.

The 27-year-old actress looked a little unsteady on her feet as she gripped her friends's hands tightly when she left celebrity hotspot Bardot, after a child-free night out.

The mother of one had a late pass to party with friends, while her daughter Honor was at home with husband Cash Warren.

But by the end of the evening, it appeared that the combination of looking after baby during the day, and a late evening had taken its toll on the fairly new mother.

Jessica's night out came as she was forced to fire back accusations she is a 'dumb' celebrity.

In MySpace blog, the actress defended herself against accusations made by Bill O'Reilly and TMZ.com, usmagazine.com reports.

The 'controversy' began last week when a TMZ.com reporter approached Jessica, a vocal supporter of the new president, at an inauguration event.

But Jessica fired the first question, asking the reporter what Barack Obama's greatest characteristic was.

When the reporter said he felt uncomfortable answering because he is a journalist, Alba replied: 'Be neutral - be Sweden about it.'

TMZ.com later called her a 'ditz' and an 'arrogant buffoon' for saying Sweden instead of Switzerland when referring to the neutral country during World War II.

'Last week, Mr. Bill O'Reilly and some really classy sites insinuated I was dumb by claiming Sweden was a neutral country.

'I appreciate the fact that he is a news anchor and that gossip sites are inundated with intelligent reporting, but seriously people... t's so sad to me that you think the only neutral country during WWII was Switzerland.'

She then linked to a Wikipedia article to prove Sweden was also a neutral country.

She said: ‘I'd like to have as many children as my body will allow - and I'd adopt if I still want more children after that.

‘Cash wants the same things in life. He wants to adopt and have a big family and believes in marriage forever. It can really happen if we want it to.'

The actress wed sweetheart Cash, 29, in a quiet ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse in May.

The couple met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004 where he was a director's assistant. Warren has since moved into producing.

Alba was dressed casually in a flowing blue dress and a ponytail, and sources say that aside from courthouse staff, no one else was present at the ceremony.
