Gwyneth Paltrow flashes her 'fleshies' at the airport

Gwyneth Paltrow revealed a little more than she would have liked as she took off her huge white scarf while negotiating security checks at Barcelona airport.

Luckily, the 36-year-old actress was saved from any embarrassment by her bra - although its flesh colour had several fellow passengers doing double-takes yesterday.

That white racer-back vest might be comfortable for travelling but at times like this has a less than classy look.

A couple of minders were on hand to make sure no one got too close.

Gwyneth was at the airport with her children Apple, five, and three-year-old Moses.

They were heading home after watching her husband Chris Martin play in Barcelona with Coldplay on Friday.

A fluent Spanish speaker, Gwyneth doesn't always follow Coldplay on their world tours, but jumped at the chance to see her husband in one of her favourite cities.

Having spent time in Spain as a teenager, Gwyneth is making sure her kids grow up bilingual.

She explained: 'Moses speaks a little bit, but understands everything. Apple speaks a lot.'

Such is her love of the language, Gwyneth has launched a Spanish version of her lifestyle website Goop.com.

She is also hoping to show off her skills in a Spanish movie in the future.

She said: 'I would love to. I haven't found the script yet, but the first (movie) would have to be a small role, not very important, because I imagine I would have to get used to acting in Spanish.'

While Gwyneth returned to London, where the couple are based, her husband was spotted jogging with a minder through the centre of Barcelona.

Wearing black jeans, a T-shirt and trainers, the rocker worked up a sweat under the watchful eye of his burly guard.

Gwyneth is currently enjoying being a full-time mother to the couple's children after she finished filming Iron Man 2 earlier this year, which is due to release in May 2010.

What's that goop on your legs, Gwyneth? Chat show viewers distracted by Miss Paltrow's strange looking limbs

Gwyneth Paltrow left viewers puzzled after she appeared in on a chat show with her legs smothered in a strange thick substance.

The actress, who runs a lifestyle website appropriately named Goop, looked to have overdone it on the moisturising oil before her interview on Conan O'Brien's Tonight Show.

But it seems the crew alerted her to the strange sight before too long, with observers noting she returned after a break without the lathered-up look.

Time to shine: Gwyneth Paltrow appeared on Conan O'Brien's talk show with a strange substance lathered all over her legs

Gwyneth was on the show to promote her exclusive gym in New York City, which she has opened with personal trainer to the stars Tracey Anderson.

She showed O'Brien how to strengthen his glutes as she made him exercise during her interview.

Paltrow also told Conan that her three-year-old son, Moses, is already a huge Jay-Z fan.

That's better: Gwyneth apparently wiped down her legs during the break and returned looking back to normal

'We actually call him our Sensitive Thug, which is a line from a Jay-Z song, as that characterises him perfectly.

'He is so out of his mind, then he has these moments of amazing poetic and softness.

'The children definitely know their dad is a musician, I am not sure what they think I do, but they are definitely into their dad's music.

'My son thinks that any white person is his dad. Any rock music is done by his daddy, and any rap is done by uncle Jay, Jay-Z.

'He watches Jay-Z videos all the time, so we have to put on the 99 Problems video because he is obsessed. That is so not appropriate.'

want to sign up for Gwyneth's sweaty workout routine?

Dripping with sweat, and going for the burn, Gwyneth Paltrow gives the world an unprecedented peek at the two-hour rigorous workouts which helped her shed 20lbs of babyweight.

Surrounded by machines which resembled medieval instruments of torture, and working with a personal trainer, a make-up free Gwyneth sweated her way through an intense workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

Anderson, is also credited with helping create Madonna's overly muscled physique.

The scenes were seen The Oprah Winfrey show, and shows just what the Oscar-winning actress is prepared to endure in order to keep her body in shape.

Going for the burn: Gwyneth Paltrow shows off the gruelling two-hour work she endures to keep her slimline shape in stills from the Oprah Winfrey show

Gwyneth opened up to chat show queen Oprah Winfrey about her post natal depression, her close friend Madonna and how she got back in shape after having two children.

According to the sometime vegan actress who is married to similarly worthy Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, six two hour workouts a week proved to be the only way she could drop the extra flab after giving birth to her second child Moses, 4.

And it was after this pregnancy that the severe post natal depression kicked in and took Gwyneth, 35, completely by surprise.

Sweaty Betty: The sweat just pours off Gwyneth as she contorts her body

'It was very strange, because I wasn't expecting it at all,' she said.

'After I had Apple, I would characterise it as post natal euphoria. I was on cloud nine, I was in a bubble and then when I had him I didn't feel ok, I didn't feel right.

He came out and I thought 'it's really strange, it's not the same, what's wrong with me?' I went down a slippery slope with it.

'It was about six months until I felt completely normal again. I didn't realise what was wrong with me.

'I felt like a flatline. I wish I'd know because I would have gone on medication and addressed it.

Flagging: The workout begins to take its toll on the mother of two

'Once I started exercising I was doing cardio and I felt like I had to get rid of stuff, I started recommitting to eating well because when I was pregnant I was eating donuts."

Aside from her trainer, Gwyneth also hails pop queen Madonna as a saviour who helped her through the dark months.

'She is one of the most caring women and also a very tough woman,' said Gwyneth.

Gwyneth revealed all about her workouts, post-natal depression and friendship with Madonna to chat show host Oprah

She's very wise and has a very soft, soft side.

She's given me a lot of great advice, she really helped me out of my post natal depression."

Gwyneth who lives in London with her family, also gave a unique insight into the Madonna and Guy Ritchie family home.

'Her children are phenomenal,' she said, referring to daughter Lourdes, sons Rocco and little David Banda, who Madonna and Guy adopted from Malawi.

'The little guy just kills me. He does dance routines from Madonna concerts on the living room floor.

'In fact my son and him battle it out to listen to either daddy's songs or mummy's.'

During the tell-all interview, foodie Gwyneth also admitted she 'cannot diet' - especially with her passion for 'fried dough' - and completely relies on exercise to stay slim.

But now she's got her figure back, will the 'Shakespeare In Love' star be returning to the silver screen any time soon? As a leading lady, she says, not for the time being.

'I love acting but I have two little kids and it's 14 hours out of the house a day and I don't get that time back.

'It's really hard for me to commit to doing that lead role. I haven't since I had kids, I've done supporting roles.

'I can't be out of my house for 14 hours a day. I did a film in New York and I only shot for 16 days and for five of those days I left the house while my kids were asleep and came back when they were asleep.

'I walked into their room and just cried. It was pathetic I missed the whole day, I didn't know what they said today, what they ate. I just felt terrible.'

Gwyneth flaunts her trim figure in sports style mini dress

Gwyneth Paltrow flaunted her slim figure in a bizarre outfit which looked like it would be more in place on a tennis court.

It appeared her stylist was having a day off when the actress turned up at a charity bash in a revealing see-through vest teamed with barely-there white hotpants.

The 35-year-old finished the mismatched ensemble with strappy high heels and chunky gold jewellery.

Gwyneth has never been one to hide her shapely pins and has shown a penchant for micro mini-skirts and skyscraper heels in the past.

The Oscar-winning star was one of a host of celebrities to attend the Tods and Baby Buggy Summer Luncheon in Amagansett, New York.

The event was co-hosted by designer Derek Lam and Jessica Seinfeld -the wife of comedian Jerry Seinfeld.

It included a trunk show of Tods' latest fashion collection to raise money for the Baby Buggy charity.
