Stefani gave birth to the 8lbs 8 ounce boy via Caesarean section at Cedars-Sinair Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Baby Zuma joined Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale's two-year-old son Kingston.

Heavily pregnant: A month ago, Gwen Stefani joined her husband Gavin to support their friend Roger Federer play Rafael Nadal in the Wimbledon tennis final
She said: 'Obviously I'm in a race to have another, but I don't want to do it while on tour.
'But I can't wait to get pregnant again. It's so fun and consuming and romantic.'
Since giving birth to Kingston in a Los Angeles hospital in May 2006, Stefani has been inseparable from her adorable toddler.
She enthused: 'I definitely don't get enough sleep, but I'd rather spend time with him. I've got this extra-fun, amazing, little guy who just wants to hang out with me.
'I love him so much. He's the best thing that has ever happened to me.'
Former Bush frontman Rossdale is also father to 19-year-old model Daisy Lowe, who is currently dating DJ/producer Mark Ronson.
