The singer's second baby with the ex-footballer is due around her 34th birthday on November 4.
For their walk around London's Notting Hill Louise chose to put comfort first in sturdy leather boots and a draped blue jersey sweater.

Louise, already mother to four-year-old Charley, is said to have put on three stone during her pregnancy.
According to Now magazine she is worried she will not be able to lose the weight in time to meet her work commitments in the new year.
'Being slim and toned gives her confidence,' a friend told the magazine.

'Exercise is vital to her and she's turned to yoga. She clings to it like a lifeline and says she'll be doing her exercises right up until the day she gives birth.'
But despite her weight gain Louise was thrilled to fall pregnant after just a month of trying, after suffering from womb condition endometriosis before her first pregnancy.
'We felt we'd have the same problems as last time,' she said. 'I just feel incredibly lucky.'
